Tenisha Brown-Williams, Senior ExpertM.Sc. Tourism Development and Management (hon), B.Sc. Tourism and Hospitality Management, PhD in Tourism Governance Candidate
Tenisha has twenty years of experience in the hospitality & tourism sector on a Caribbean level. She gained demonstrable experience at the national Tourism Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago, where she co-supervised the Quality Control Unit and assisted small, medium and large tourism operators in using quality assurance initiatives for branding and marketing. Tenisha was a national representative to the International Organisation for the Standardisation Technical Tourism Committee in Environmentally Friendly Accommodation, Health Tourism, Naturally Protected Areas and Industrial Tourism.
She contributed to developing national tourism standards and coordinated the Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Industry Certification. From 2015 to 2017, she was appointed as a committee member on the Regional CARICOM Technical Committee for Standards and Quality.
Tenisha represented Trinidad and Tobago on the Caribbean Public Health Agency and Inter-American Development Bank Regional Tourism Health Programme regarding regional tourist safety and Sustainable Tourism.
Since 2018, Tenisha is the Trinidad and Tobago National Coordinator for the Green Key international accommodation and attraction certification programme of the Foundation of Environmental Education.
Since 2013 she has lectured at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, in an adjunct role in the B.Sc. International Tourism Management and the M.Sc. Tourism Development and Management programmes. She was also an adjunct lecturer at the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute (TTHTI) for a decade and served as a governor on the Board of the TTHTI from 2019-2020.
On the private sector level, she is co-founder of ShareHome Caribbean Ltd., a hospitality and tourism consulting firm in Trinidad and Tobago focused on assisting homeowners and property managers in generating income through residential spaces.
Aljoscha Wothke, Chairman and Founding Director

Aljoscha is a senior expert and solid team leader with broad experience in Caribbean small island states and a proven capacity to integrate stakeholders’ contributions within a coherent framework. His primary technical expertise is facilitating innovative collaborations between CSOs, governmental institutions and the private sector regarding sustainable green & blue economy, responsible tourism, protected area management, climate change, environmental resource management, rural development, marine and terrestrial conservation, and organisational capacity building.
Aljoscha is well-equipped to bridge stakeholders of various backgrounds and mitigate communication hindrances. He is experienced in project management cycle application, workshop facilitation, monitoring and evaluation, work plan / ToR / and budget development, financial management, procurement, and reporting procedures.
He has demonstrable experience with EU/Budget, EDF, IDB, UNDP/GEF/ SGP and other regional, international and multilateral donor organisation-funded projects, managing projects up to 4.2m Euro.
Since 2014, he has been a founding Director and CEO of North East Tobago’s most outstanding environmental sustainability NGO: The Environmental Research Institute Charlotteville. He has been the project lead in award-winning interventions related to conservation, climate change adaptation and excellent CSO governance.
From 2018-2020 he was the team leader for drafting the technical documents for NE Tobago’s nomination as a UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Reserve and a dossier that led to listing the Tobago Main Ridge Forest Reserve as the first Natural National Heritage Site in Trinidad and Tobago.

Willard Philip Harris is a former Managing Director of Colonial Fire & General Insurance Company Limited (COLFIRE), and Chairman and CEO of his consultancy WP Harris & Associates Limited, which provides consultancy services in finance and insurance sectors.
In the area of Sport, he is the Chair of the Trinidad & Tobago Hockey Board (TTHB)’s International Relations Committee, Chair of both the International Hockey Federation (FIH) and Pan American Hockey Federation (PAHF) Competitions Committees, and Chair of the PAHF Education Panel.
He is also a member of the First Citizens Bank Sport Foundation, responsible for the Trinidad & Tobago Annual Sport Awards and Sport Hall of Fame, honouring excellent performances of national athletes, and sport administrators past and present.
Willard is an accomplished Sport Administrator in his own right having officiated as Match Manager for the FIH Hockey Pro League, and Technical Delegate in charge of World Level Hockey events, which include two (2) Olympic Games and two (2) World Cups.
With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he also brings to Green T&T oversight in the administration of operations and governance.
